Welcome to Clover Reports

Clover Reports was founded by a group of progressive farm animal veterinary surgeons who were looking for a more efficient way of delivering herd health information to their clients. This website is currently devoted to our flagship product Clover Cell Check, but watch this space as the other products we are developing become available.

Clover Cell Check is a web based somatic cell count reporting tool for dairy farmers and their vets. It makes use of periodic (ideally monthly) milk recording data, to provide clients with trends of their herd’s sub-clinical mastitis performance. In addition, it conducts individual cow analysis to help identify members of the herd that require individual attention. For more information please see our brochure.

Our product does not aim to replace existing herd management software. Clover Cell Check’s objective is to save farmers and their advisors time by rapidly compiling the most relevant information and guiding treatment plans for problem animals. Once a vet has registered themselves and their clients, Cell Check reports can be downloaded from this website as required. Report generation takes a matter of seconds and is offered for download as a Microsoft Excel file. This allows the reports to be customised and bespoke advice to be added as required.

All milk recording data is automatically loaded into the tool and updated every 24 hours, so that the latest results are available for analysis. There is therefore no need to spend time downloading or cutting and pasting data from third party websites and our service is not limited to any single milk recording company.

Interpretation service

Whilst the automatically generated Cell Check reports are extremely powerful, they require veterinary interpretation to reach their full potential. When we developed the tool, our primary concern was to generate reports that vets could append with their own comments and thoughts. For customers who require full report interpretation, we have a team of vets who are able to supply this service on an individual farm basis. Register for Clover Reports

If you would like to register for Clover Reports, please e-mail webmaster@cloverreports.co.uk with your name, contact details and any questions you may have. You will then receive an e-mail containing details of pricing and your login details for the Clover website.

Before we can make use of a farm’s data, their milk recording company must be given permission to release their data to us. To do this, a data release form must be sent to the recording company e.g. NMR or CIS. Permission forms can be downloaded by clicking here.

Please send completed permission forms to the address on the form so that we can forward them to the recording company and ensure that recording data is made available as soon as possible. Unfortunately there will be a few days delay whilst the recording companies release the data.
